The Library will be closed in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day on Monday, October 13th.
The Hollis Center Public Library thrives thanks to the dedication of our volunteers. Whether you're shelving books, helping with events, tending the garden, or sharing a special skill, your time and talent help keep our library a vibrant, welcoming space for everyone.
We welcome volunteers of all ages (14+) and abilities for ongoing help with the following projects. Please complete the application below, and a member of our Library Association will be in touch with you about volunteering!
Our outside space needs some fresh stain!
Our handicap-accessible ramp needs a
new layer of fresh paint.
Our numerous garden beds need to be
lovingly tended throughout the year.
Our entryway needs some TLC,
including a fresh coat of paint.
The front and back of our entry door needs
a fresh coat of that lovely green.
We’d love to hear from you! Whether you can give an hour a week or help out occasionally, there’s a place for you here.
